I am an Indane customer from Banglore .The disributor in my area is KK indane sub branch located at Iblur on sarjapur junction . The opening time of that office it totally diffeernt - 2.30 to 8.30 and that number which they have given is not working anyways . We just now shifted to bellandur and tansfter the gas agency . We got that paper affter long time and or refill also we hv book it before one months also till today we hv not received the cylinder , anybody pls helpl

Very Bad distributor.First time in my life I am seeing such useless, irresponsible
This distributor is a complete wreck. He opens the shop for just 3 hours, never delivers on time and always tells lies(your door was locked etc). What can we do about him? I feel like slapping him sometimes.
Hi Don't these gas agencies have some responsibility. They really do not bother about any one. Since last one month I have called these agencies for about 15 times still I have not got my cylinder. My house just half a Kilometer from my house, I can as well see them from my apartment. They say just one hour they will supply. Is there any agency I can get them booked for such false service.
my indane gas distributor is also the iblur guy. yes as u said he is an .i called up the main office of kk indane to complian, they asked me to book the gas there.i am doing this now for a couple of months .i am getting the cylinder on proper time.u can also try that
I have the same opinion with you. I have booked the gas 10 days. The person who picks the phone promises everyday that he will arrange the cylinder within evening but never happens how can we fight against them?
I am indane gas customer from Doddathogur(Bangaloe). Office timing is 7:00pm to 8:00pm. To get filled cylinder we need own transportation, but he will charge per filled cylinder 400 rupees. My question is do we need pay that much, if your answer is no, can I change my distributor which one is near by to my place...? anybody please help.

The guy's name in ibllur is Yesuraaj and he just keeps telling the gas will be delivered today. Its been 15 days now and gas not yet come. Want to slap him in public.
Pathetic services, phone lines are never reachable or nobody picks up the phone.

NOW the new IVR System has started which is utterly useless.You need to call [protected] for booking indane gas.Then it will ask you to punch your dealers phone no and then ask for your customer no.
Then you will get a message"We are unable to process your request, please contact your distributor".If i speak to the KK indane distributor from whom i have been taking the gas since last 2 years he says, as they moved to outer ring road, my dealer was transfered to sarjapur road.He gave me a no for that sarjapur branch dealer and if i try their no on the IVR i get the same response"We are unable to process your request, please contact your distributor".

i had the similar experience. i have been at the phone to contact the panaga indane and they dont pick up, Finally i went to the place and they gave me the IVRS no [protected] and got the same reply you got. Now i too dont know what to do.
i went to my previous distributor in Koramnagla and he gave the head office number to complain to as follows
[protected] /[protected] Indian Oil Corporation.
The Koramangala distributors always gave me a cylinder immediately if i had my gas book so that they can make entry.
will update if these numbers and personnel at the HO pay any heed and remedy our plight.

The online service is really pathetic. I had booked a gas cylinder through the IVRS no [protected], but there is no delivery of the cylinder till now.
I tried to complain at this number, at which they give another no [protected] to complain, but no one picked up the phone at this number after calling several times.
After much trying one person picked up the call and said that the online complaint site is not working.Please call back after sometime.
Its really disgusting.I don't know to escalate the issue further...

After many attempts at IOC numbers, one person at the HO gave me a new consumer number since they had transfered me to panaga distributors. With this new consumer number i could place an order through the IVRS and got the gas cylinder the very next day. However, the delivery boy charged me Rs20/-. Previously i was giving only Rs5/- for delivery. Is Rs20/- delivery charge too much or a fair amount.

Time to ditch Indane Gas altogather forget KK Indane. This people are accomplices in black marketing of Gas cylinders of domestic customers. The last time I booked a gas cyclinder with Indane gas automated booking, it was cancelled by the distributer saying party did not collect when he actually never came to my house. again now its been 8 days since I've booked. and the IVR say I have got a delivery on 8th Feb which makes me ineligible for receiving the gas for another 5 days (28 days gap b/w cyclinder booking rule) whereas I had personally went to the dealer in bellendur and got the cylinder on 8th Jan and not 8th Feb. So the question is who booked it on my behalf? time to introduce security questions on the IVR system to stop this fraud, which allows anyone to book a gas on your behalf with any number if he knows your Gas registration number.

KK indane agency is the worst agency in the whole bangalore.They are backed by BJP politicians and so they are arrogant and rude towards customers.They are selling the cylinders to their high value customers and asking the customers with genuine bookings to wait for months.If you go there to delivery centre and ask for cylinder on time, they will ask you to carry the cylinder along.This is how they play the trick.
