My Cell Phone Model KKT30 was not Charge due to Charger not working but when I was gone on 9th May to your Service centre at FATEMA Cellulors Shop No 24-25, Ground Floor, Ashok Vijay Complex, 326, M G Road, Pune- 411001. The person at s their check and ask me my mobile charger will repair and charge is Rs 550/- and you will came tomorrow and take it back after repair but when I made a phone call on next day he said it's not yet repaired take some time. After that I constantly call for my mobile but not given any satisfactory reply. Then on 16th may when I call for my mobile they told me it's not repairable then I told please give back my mobile without repair and I goes there on 17th may. after check he told it repaired and give the charge 550/- and he shows mobile charging is proper I satisfied but when I charged it through my original charger at your service centre it not charged then he told me your charger is not properly work so you must purchase a charger and it's cost 450/- for original but I said no thanks.
My question is that if my charger is faulty it means my mobile charging is OK since when I went at service centre and then what he repair?
Please solve that matter and give a proper feed back to me. your service centre man just done a fraud and he knows from very first that my mobile charging have not any issue and on the name of repair charging he fool me and charge just 550/- as fraud with me.
He gives me a mobile receipt no 3291 dated 09/05/2011 of FATEMA Cellulors and Cash memo no 359 Dated 17/05/2011 of ZARA Cellulors for Rs 550/-
