Central Railway — Poor Management
I am resident of Nerul and daily I travel Andheri for my office and want to draw your attention on following:1)Increasing the frequency of local trains between Panvel and Andheri for the convenience of
passengers.
2) Arrogant and rude attitude of ticket counter staff at Nerul station and inadequate ticket counters.
3)Normal SECOND-CLASS TICKET passengers travelling in FIRST-CLASS Compartment without any objection.
4) School - going children leaning out of Running Train ,Male passengers travelling in Ladies compartment.
Hope there will be action taken as early as possible not giving those stereotype fake promises like the Politicians.
