Respected sir/madam,
i am custmer of korba gas agency/indane gas, my custmer no.18674,i was booked gas cylender through telephone for home delivery of gas cylender.my booking no.is 6042 on dated18/04/2011,but still dated14/05/2011 they not deliver gas cylender in my home.many times i called, but they can't deliver.ultimatally i go to agency and tooked gas cylender

yes i also agree with you. They have made several illogical rules above to Indian Oil Company norms. Agency staff enjoys lunch time from 1 to 3 PM, which is the time when most of office going people went to book the riffil, but not find any staff people their and come back blank. Most of time staff people doesn't pick the phone for Riffil booking and consumer gets frosted to take their services. Even These peoples not make any booking on Tuesday. Their home delivery services (??????) is so pathetic as so many peoples had victim of non delivery.
They also made a thumb rule that their must be gap of 20 days between two booking, which is again above to IOCL norms.
India Oil Corporation officials has to take strict action against the agency for betterment of service and delivery.
