[Resolved]  Koutons / Garment - Shirt — Retail Invoice Not Issued

I purchased a AShirt from Koutons Store on 27/09/2009 however, the Retail Invoice for the said purchase was ntot issued under the pretext that billing was closed for the day. Till date the Retailer has refused to issue the same or duplicate for the said sale. It seems there is not only evasion of tax but also sale against the discounted rates being offered by the Garment manufacturer as will be clear from my e-mail correspondence with koutons - as given below :-
Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Full Sleeves Shirt as per details given below on 27/09/2009(sunday) at about 20.30 Hrs, from the above mentioned franchisee of yours :-

i) Size : 40 cm
ii) MRP : Rs 1799/-
iii) PATENTCLB STP3 SHIRT FS STRIPE GREY
iv) Pkd. 07-09
v) Net qty. 1 No.
vi) Bar Code No. : K[protected]

I paid Rs 720/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Twenty only) in cash @ 60 % discount( as informed by the franchisee), but the owner of the shop Mr. Anuj, did not issue me a Retail Invoice but instead gave me a hand written 'Kaccha receipt' by writing " 1 Shirt 1799/- 720/-" .

When I insisted for an Invoice the owner Mr. Anuj, suggested to collect the same on 29/09/2009 saying that the billing has been closed for the day.

Meanwhile I had checked up from your other franchisees in Sec 11, Panchkula & Manimajra, Chandigarh about the Discount on this Shirt, which was informed by them as 65%, instead of 60% as given to me by M/s Anuj Enterprises.

However, I could visit the shop only on 03/10/09 and was informd by the salesman Mr. Rajinder that the owner Mr. Anuj is not there and was asked to come next day. In again visted the shop on 04/10/09 but again the owner was not available, an instead his brother was available who tried to locate the above mentioned sale/transaction for this shirt after reading the above mentioned "Bar Code" with 'Bar code reader', but as the same was taking time suggested me to collect the Retail Invoice the next day, which I agreed to.

However, on my fourth vist on 10/10/09, Mr. Anuj was avaialble and he refused to give the retail Invoce for the said Shirt, saying the transaction is now very old, and hence not possible for him to issue me the same. I even requested for a Duplicate Invoice for the shirt sold, but all in vain.

Now, I request you to kindly intervene and get the Retail Invoice issued to me for the sale of the said Shirt( as per details mentioned above), while confirming the total(net) Discount applicable for the above sale as 60% or 65%.
