This is to inform you that our parent company Burhani import and export and universal engineers and manufacturer CHENNAI has booked the consignment to bangalore, your office at chennai issued a single consignment note no LR[protected] DT[protected] for both the company and sent to Bangalore without attaching the invoice copy of the both company the consignment is detained at Attibele check post when we went to take delivery at your office at bangalore now i want to know that whoes fault is this Then i have contacted your person who is in charge mr arul mbl no [protected] and it has been found that one invoice copy was not attached from chennai Again i went personally and handed both the invoice copy now i request you to persuade this matter to the check post Authority and get release order and deliver the goods immediatly

kpn parcel service very high when compare others. but service is very poor.
bad service by kpn for speed parcel... even the way they respond is very bad... regretting for choosing kpn
i am vimal from kallakurichi i have booked the parcel from chennai che[protected] on 5.11.15 but still now i am not received the parcel when i ask the kpn parcel in kallakurichi office they did not give the proper answer to us. send the parcel immediately or tell the status of the parcel contact [protected]
worst worst worst service both travel and parcel .I recommended people to not use these services . Money stuking irresponsible #####

We couriered from Mannargudi to Ernakulam on 07th Dec 2020. LR# MNG[protected].
and We received following message, as "Thanks for using KPN Speed Parcel!
LR #: MNG[protected]
To: Self, Ernakulam
Type: Paid
Amt: Rs. 500
Ph: [protected]
If you paid more than the bill amount, please give a missed call to [protected] and get your money back."
But while delivering to Ernakulam, they charged Auto charges Rs.300 + 150 additional for Loading charges.
When I spoke to Ernakulam KPN service office, they said there is no home delivery, So I agreed, I paid auto charges Rs.300. and then one person from your service he saying Rs.120 loading charges, after that that branch manager said Rs.90, While delivering they asked Rs.150 So, I paid Full amount 300+150 = Rs.450.
but when I am opening the parcel, really I shocked there is the 2 damages, One wooden draw is broken and one plastic Pickle box broken,
I need more attention and recovery from your side.
when I contact both the branches Mannargudi and Ernakulam m there is NO response.
If I am not getting call from your side, we will go as legally.

Finally, I got my bike on 13th March. Nearly 9 days delay. When I received my bike from Pollachi, I found that my side mirrors as missing from my bike. Again I spoke with Medavakkam Parcel service for my side mirrors. Still now[protected] they haven't parceled my side mirrors. I have shared mail also to the KPN service([protected]@kpntravels.in
). But no response from your side
I got frustrated by your service. I won't recommend the KPN Parcel service, Medavakkam branch to anyone. Because of your delay, I had missed many things. II need the console amount for this delay.
