I , Suraj jain S/o Shri Sanjeev kumar Jain, Address - Apte ki payega, Nai Sadak, Near Chitra Talkiz, Gwalior,(M.P) bought a laptop ( Dell Inspiron N5110 ) of cost Rs. 40,500, from Krishna Corporation , Address- Anand Apartment, Shop no. - 4, Naya Bazar, Lakshar, Gwalior, (M.P.) on date - 20/06/2011. The Laptop was with 1 year complete warranty. I found some serious technical problem with the Laptop on date 08/12/2011. Then I called on Dell's Technical support center on its Toll free no. - [protected] , from where I got the information that this laptop has been purchased from Dubai and so they can not provide any service in India. i contacted several times with Krishna Corporation , from where I had bought that laptop, but they refused to provide any help and misbehaved and abused me over telephone. Since I am a software developer and none of my work could be done without the help of laptop , so it caused great damage to my all essential work. I request you to help me to get justice. I need my money back what I have paid for this laptop and for the damage which they have caused to my work and the mental harassment which I have suffered all these days I need a compensation of Rs 50,000.00. Please initiate the procedure as soon as possible so that can resume all my essential works. For this I will be always thankfull to you.
