[Resolved]  KSRTC Online Refund — Transaction failed, refund not received

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking Awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.801. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB1976480 and OB1976587 Date of booking is 29/03/2010. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is santukalpana. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

I have booked my ticket on 20/09/2013 from bangalore to Tirupathi. The ticket booking failed and my money was deducted from account. KSRTC site provide OB no. to refund the amount. I have mailed many times but nobody is responding and no one is picking up the phone also. Nobody is responding.

This is a complaint against KSRTC and it's online refund department for failed transactions and to the customer of care officer. I had a failed transaction on 26 Aug, 2014 and OB number for the reference of booking is OB12910350. As per process I sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org and they sent that within 7 days my money will be refunded otherwise I could contact[protected] OR[protected]. Since then harassment continues, I have sent at least 50-60 reminders and try to call daily on above numbers but operator always a lady would simply pick up the call and keep the receiver aside without speaking a word. Once she told me to call extension 280 and I regularly try to call and again a lady at extn 280 after listening that my plea is for money refund would simply keep receiver aside. And even today I tried above things without any output and I do not know whom to contact next or file a complaint against these officers in KSRTC. I am 100% sure they have formed a nexus to eat the online failed transactions money. Such a pathetic situation is of these government offices and it's officers that even customer care don't care if it is for any money refund case. Please let me know a contact of a higher officer whom I could contact or a complaint department who could investigate these officers and their inappropriate conduct. Thanks.
Hello, This is how manieth time iam contacting you for the
same reason you know?Its 10days over after i have cancelled my ticket
but the money not got refunded. I have sent you lot of emails you didnt
gave reply to atleast one. And i have called you the customer care which
is not free. That mad lady torchered me like anything like wait for
1minute and she will come after 5minutes.I have lost 50rs for the call
only.And she told the money will get refunded after 2 days surely.This
is 3rd day after she said that.No money got refunded. I never faced such
a bad experience from any services.I will never book from this
again..BUT I NEED TO GET MY MONEY ASAP.This is my final warning toyou.Or
i want to goto the consumer court and file a compliant against
