[Resolved]  Kuber Mutual Benefits Limited — refund of money

I had invested in kuber mutual benifit vide certificate no 056818 dt 12.04.96, certificate no 215898 dt18.06.98, certificate no 215893 dt21.03.98, certificate no 217345 dt31.08.98 and B.N.D AC/NO12/95, dt27.01.95AC/NO11/94 dt31.12.94. Till date I have not heared from them or not able to refund of money. The Hon'bleAllahabad High court vide its order dated 18.07.08 had inviated claims from investors. But i could not apply in time.
I request the concern authorities to help me refunding of my invested money with interest if any.

Iam also being cheated by Kuber Mutual benifits having an office at Rourkela, Orissa.I have lost Seven lakhs and now I am on the ROADS.My email ID [protected]@gmail.com. I have not applied for refund yet as I could not be abled to know the dates in time.Please suggest me how to get back the amount PLEASE.

iam manoj agarwal resident of hardoi(uttar pradesh) invested a sum of Rs 5000 in kuber planters limited and after the maturity period it would be a sum of Rs 312500 i like to mention mine certificate number 21037 and the agent code is HADO 58 since due to course of time i didnt get any respose.

There is a Judgemnt from Suprem Court to sale the property of Fiance compnay. If any abody know the status of Kuber. Whether they approached competent authroity.

My question is are you the advocate appointed for this matter, or are you an Advocate trying to help the investors.

As I have also invested a substantial sum of money. An year ago the "Hon'ble Allahabad High Court" had appointed a judge, & ph no given who was supposed to handle this case. The no. turned out to be a fax no. I have even forgotten his name which should not be difficult to locate.

A person had told me we need to go to Allahabad & contact the judge & certain other things which I cannot recall as I have lost that email.

So please can you tell us how you can help us & how should we proceed.
