kuchina chimney(kitchen) — no response from the company,within warranty period

dear sir,i purchased a kuchina kitchen chimney,installed in my kitchen in apr.,09.but after installation i didnot get a single service from the company,which they are supposed to give thrice in the 1st year,inspite of repeated request.last comlain lodged about 2 weeks back,(doc. no.-HO/105/0310).but there is no response till date.moreover they had offered lifetime warranty of the product.if this is their service pattern within 1 year,i really in doubt about their life time warranty.inthis way bajoria appliances is cheating people since years.many of my friends also had similar experiences.
