I have complained to you regarding the double transaction using VISA debit card.in the month of july this year.I want to update in this matter.I have been dealing with Kurinji travels for more than a decade. They are one of the reliable people and running business honestly. I called the travels to check about the issue. They told me this was a mistake by the Bank of Maldives & Canara Bank and apparently the issue is now resolved.and I was informed officially by the Bank of Maldives that the money is deposited back in my account. . It is very unfortunate to see that the message is still On on the consumer complaints.in.I sincerely request you to remove my complaint from the forum as it is already resolved and not to damage further the reputation of the Kurinji tours and travels Kodaikanal.

I called the travels to check about the issue. They told me this was a mistake by the Bank of Maldives & Canara Bank and apparently the issue is now resolved. Dr.P.V.Prasadarao also confirmed that the issue has been resolved and apologized for the confusion created. It is very unfortunate to see that the message is still on.
