[Resolved]  L.I.C. of INDIA. — agent portal is not opening

I am agent of L.I.C.of India. I had requested to sdm.[protected]@licindia.com on 22/03/2013 that I want agent portal user I.D. and Password.
sdm.[protected]@licindia.com had given me user I.D. and Password on 23/03/2013. Then after I tried many time to login agent portal, but agent portal is not opened. Every attempt message is coming on screen i.e. user I.D. or password is wrong. Then I had sent complaining one message that give me corret user I.D. or password and login guidilines. But till today answer is not coming hence I lodgeed this complaint. My perssonal information is as under:
