Mr.CEO ,Why the hell do you cheat peoples?? You are such a Cheap freak..you do not deserve to run a company...You promise a lot to your employers and never do any and you chuck people whenever you wish....

This is a very true...Idiotic management peoples.No job security...I have worked in this company and have seen fake product being sold with fake stickers...Never engage with this company..All in experienced employees and hired for a very cheap prices..they will shut down soon...

They bribe a lot for government tenders..and for all government tenders..the CEO take a girl with him for the bidding and winning the deal..can you imagine the business they do...I hope this will come to an end soon once the corrupt are identified..

This is really true.I worked like a dog for this company...I was in sent for installation nearly 3 weeks working till midnight all over tamilnadu...But now..its because of a the cheap girl from technology team in the office i lost my job. In LA PROVIDENCE SYSTEMS the CEO is not the deciding person...its his girl friend working in the same office...[censored]... LA PROVIDENCE SYSTEMS...Don't play with employees life...

This statement is a lie. This is the fastest growing System Integrator in Chennai. The best place to work as the management is very understanding and helpful. They ensure every individual grow personally and professionally.

I know the person who has given the above remark. He was sent out by the management for fraud and misbehavior.

Yes I agree with Ravi_Prabhu. In my 18 years of experience (worked in 6 companies) this is the best company i have ever worked. The management is extremely supportive and very caring. I know the person who has posted the wrong comment. He was helped a lot by management but he betrayed the company and stabbed them at the back. So mean of him.

I agree with several people who have given a negative remark about this company. i have personally seen the girl who the CEO accompanies everywhere to win tenders by pimping her. Her name is Shweta. The entire office if aware of her but are forced to keep mum. I, at times, wonder who actually runs the company. Is it this girl or the so called CEO.

Coming to the employment part, this is one of worst companies to work for. I will not recommend even a single dog to enter inside the gate. Don't even think about humans when I am not recommending dogs itself. They pay very cheap. Even the cobbler earns more than what the company pays. One can only see zero appraisals and hike.

Instead of La providence systems, they should name Lala Providence systems.
