[Resolved]  Lakshmi Vatika Limited — How to get Refund

I and my colleague have booked one plot each of size 200 sq. yard in one of the projects in Dehradun. Once we came to know that the company is not able to provide plots to the customers we applied for refund at companies office at Narain Manzil, Cannaught Place, New Delhi on November 2007. Also we got our complaint submitted to the crime branch office at Qutub Institutional area. Now we do not know what to do as we have no clue what is going on at present. I will be very thankful if some one is pursuing the case and know any current status.
