[Resolved] Landline telephone of BSNL Punjab — Non changing of the telephone set

I have a bsnl landline telephone at my residence which was initially installed at House No. 1240, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh and later on got transferred to House No. 3324, Sector 19-D, Chandigarh. Old number was 40230 and the new number is 2548467. The instrument is quite old one and does not have the latest facilities like timer and other digital functions including memory etc.
I have lodged many complaints and met the concerned officers but so far the set has not been changed.
