Lays & Brittania — Goods sold at more than mentioned in MRP

I was travelling from Chennai Ramanathapuram to (5-July-2012) through state run TNSTC started at 20.00 hr from CMBT. Bus stopped at a motel near Thindivanam and I got down to get some food items. When I checked the price of the goods (Britannia biscuits & Lays chips), Shop keeper offered the goods with an extra charge of Rs.5 for Lays to 10 for Biscuits than MRP mentioned in the pack.

This has been continuing for years and the respective authorities are not taking any steps.
