my name is jitesh bharankar ,we r very sorry to inform to the company that old customers like us are asked for demo charges.we had bought 40inch LED and DVD home system from Dubai festival ,there we were assured u will get international warranty,local service warranty and extended warranty.for this product when we installed this product we required a demo so we called ur customer service center we were given a number [protected] and told technician will contact u .Technician called up and asked this where this product is bought from we told him from Dubai so he,informed then he will charge Rs 450 for the demo.This is not fair to show how the product works the company charges us after buying a 60000 product ,this sends a wrong message .we r very sorry that we brought your product and in future we will keep this in our mind and do let other people also know how an international company like samsung deals with their old customers,also inform never buy international products of samsung as there is very poor service provided in India for such products.i am also going to inform in dubai festival and the shop where we bought this product.This was not expected from such big international company bye.
