[Resolved] Leo Cargo Packers And Movers — Fraud company

Beware beware beware!!! Leo cargo packers and movers is the biggest fraud company. The cheats include mr. Rajkumar (Mob [protected]) , mr. Ishwar and mr. Kuldeep. Office at yesvantpur (They say) . I got verified, there is no such office. The entire company runs on these 3 people. They use some 3rd party road transport company. They are duplicate of leo india and have broken all my materials when shifting from bangalore. Mr. Rajkumar promises you best packing, 6 layer packing. . . Bla. . . Bla. . . Nothing. All . Unprofessional guys come to load and unload. They somehow put a thin covering on the materials and say that 6 layer packing will be doe at godown. All stories. All my goods reached broken into pieces. I wonder how they brought my sofa. The entire leather is out as if a rod was inserted and pulled from front till back. Their insurance is fake. When i called they said that the insurance covers only fire and theft. No responsibility for damages. !!! I would call them. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (4)

I totally agree...LEO CARGO Packers and movers are a fraud company..Even last week they returned my goods breaking into pieces and now thwy are not taking any responsibility.

Absolutely correct. They delivered my stuff last to last week all broken. Biggest fraud company.

I sent household items from Bangalore to Surat thru Leo Cargo Packers & Movers on 27.1.2021. Co contact person Mr. Rahul ( M - [protected] ) . They came home and did the packing, etc. On delivery, TV was completely broken, a few photo frames / wall clock also broken. On regular followup with Mr. Rahul he kept delaying claims settlement and SETTLEMENT IS STILL PENDING. Very bad customer service. Totally unreliable. Please refrain from dealing with them.
