I got my household shifted on 30th April 2009 from Delhi to Ghaziabad by LEO International Packers & Movers
(http://www.moverspackers.com/LeoIntlpackersmovers/). The work force was not professional and they left a lot of things unpacked saying that they are not suppose to unpack and place the contents of the cartons. Many
items got damaged.
I called up Mr Kaushik and subsequently my Surendra Sharma. They accepted the damage and initially promised me a compensation. Since the cooler was old and the mandir may also take less repair, I had asked for the compensation for at least the center table. But they have now started avoiding my calls and are even saying that I was suppose to take insurance from them. Initially I was told that any damages will be taken care by them and I was never told of any insurance at the time of booking.
Consequences : The following items got damaged:
1. Glass top of the center table.
2. Water Cooler (as it fall down when unloading because the faulty rope broke)

1. They have told 15 days warehouse facility in Bangalore initially. After delivery they were charging the money extra.
2. They have taken 4000 INR extra other than whatever mentioned in the bill.
3. Sales/ Marketing guy - Ishwar Choudhary & Inder Rao has behaved very badly on phone with abusive languages. They are very much unprofessional in their behaviour.
4. They are not ready to deliver if we hadn't given the extra money.
5. At the time of packing, they told they have their own truck for luggage delivery & warehouse, but at the time of delivery we got to know they don't have anything and transfer the luggage to 3rd party. Now its 3rd party ownership.
6. One table has broken; while all other item were reached safely.
7. It is matter of torture & unprofessional language makes me feel very bad and of course extra money (more than mentioned in the bill)
