FREE DIWALI ASSURED GIFT as promoted on LETSBUY.COM – NOT DELIVERED

I ordered Canon Laser Printer – Order #LSB-460357 Date: 08/10/2011, Printer delivered but no free gift, I have mailed several times about this on their customer care but all in vain. Called their 24×7 call support number – but nobody picks phone even in the mid day time.

i ordered an lg optimus phone my order number is LSB-458005 . Got my product but still didnt receive any diwali gift . Mailed them asking for the same the reply was that they will look into this and will do the needfull but this was last week still no reply from them.

Letsbuy.com — Assured Free Gift Not Received

My order number - LSB-510568.
Sir, Against given order I have not received my free gift that was assured free gift on purchasing on letsbuy. No one from their customer care reverting on mails however I am taking regular follow-up through calls to know the status but no one have it's status.

Please help me ...
