[Resolved]  Letsbuy.com — No delivery of order Samsung BHM1000NBEGINU with charger Black (Mono Bluetooth)

I had ordered for a Samsung BHM1000IBECINU with charger Black (Mono Bluetootho) from LETSBUY.COM on 21st Oct'11 for Rs 1,089.
The order was shipped on 25/10/11 to Greater Noida by Delhivery courier company. I contacted the company to enquire about the order and they said that greater Noida is a no-delivery zone for them and the have returned the packet back to letsbuy.
I was all the time running around letsbuy and the courier company, calling them over the phone, calling the courier company for the status, even patiently listening to there rough language. Guys at LETSBUY were not having any clue of it. The courier company says they returned the package on the 25tho of October to letsbuy.
Letsbuy's customer care representatives were saying that they have re-shipped the product but on 4th Nov'11 when I contacted them again a lady informed me that this case is still pending and they have not re-shipped anything. They can only re-ship once they get the product back from the courier company which says they have delivered the product back to letsbuy on 25th Oct'11.
This case is a best example for inter-departmental communication gap at letsbuy. It seems more of a bogus company and not a company having international standards as they claim to be.
Now it has been 16 days and there is no change in status. They are still following it up and there is no clue where my order is. What and how are are they following I am still wondering.
Can anyone let me know the contact information of the higher management in case that can help.
