LG 32 LCD — not receiving DTH
I would like to inform you that I have sent claim for one DTH set top box, which I got after purchasing LG 32 LG 80OUR LCD TV along with all the requisite documents on[protected]. But so far I have not recieved any mail or any correspondance regarding my claim. I request you to take immediate steps in this regard and take action to deliver the DTH set top box at your earliest. Hope you would be kind enough to inform me about the status of my request.Thanking you.

so far no response. Very bad on the part of company like LG
PCH ezone — Fraud in PCH
I bought a samsung LCD TV on 17th of oct from PCH ezone at kharkhana in secunderabad. The model no was 550. The PCH people packed model 530 in a model 550 box and sent it to my house after 6 hours. They came the next day to fix the TV and then realised their mistake. The brought the correct TV to my house after few hours but did not bring its remote control. Its the 20th of oct today. Repeated telehone calls to PCH did not yield any result. They keep saying some stupid and lame excuses for this lapse. I had a same experience when I bought an AC from them. They sent an AC which was damaged. This is the last time I waste my precious time and money in buying goods from PCHContact Information

LG 32 LCD — Bad Product
Dear CEO LG,I have purchased LCD32 insches in the month of February 2007. warranty expired in the month of February 2008. TV is in no video situation. Service vendor informed need to replace front panel & Board which will cost more than 20000/- which is half of the TV Cost. Do you really expect a consumer to spend half of the cost of the TV with in 18 months of purchase. YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE SUCH LOW QUALITY THAT IT GOES BAD with in 18 months. I have almost everything at home of LG but this LCD TV created panic in my heart.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND CONSIDER YOUR PRODUCT TO BE FAULTY AND PROVIDE FREE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT.
