LOAN A/C[protected]PROPOSAL NO. 310098 This is Nishant Menon here. The summary of the problem is I bought a LG LCD 32" from PCH costing 45,000. I paid DP of 5610. Remaining balance of 39,390 was taken at an ongoing 0% interest scheme of 1,666- This was advertised as well in papers. I contacted [protected]@bajajfinance.co.in with not much help. I contacted Local Bajaj Finance and came in touch with Upender Thamme(Tarnaka,Secunderbad,AP). I talked to him once and he asked me to send my bank statements for 2 years which I did. Since 2 weeks, I have been trying to contact him but he avoids me nor is my message passed on. To summarise,please refer the emails I sent to [protected]@bajajfinance.co.in which i sent earlier, You claim to be asking me above 50000 for a lon aof 39,390 I took for 24 months. As per Bajaj finance I have still dues of 11,850 which is impossble as I took a loan at 1666 EMI 0% Interest scheme which was widely advertised in papers and PCH E zone also agrees to it. However, I took a loan for 39,390, in March 2008 so 24*1666=39984. This ends in April 2010. Now I have the invoice also. I bought it in March 2008 and have not been given any copy of agreement.However, mmy question is why should I take loan of 45,000 when I have paid 5610 and as per Bjaaj finance, my dues are 11,850 which goes over 45000- So why should I take above 45 k when the product itself is for 45,000. My loan was on ECS terms, should be ending April 2010 being the last month and am very sure about this. If it is otherwise, there is some fraud, so please investigate the Executive and I would require his name to lodge a complaint as I will not be paying what I have not taken. LG 32 LCD — Bad Product

Dear CEO LG,

I have purchased LCD32 insches in the month of February 2007. warranty expired in the month of February 2008. TV is in no video situation. Service vendor informed need to replace front panel & Board which will cost more than 20000/- which is half of the TV Cost. Do you really expect a consumer to spend half of the cost of the TV with in 18 months of purchase. YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE SUCH LOW QUALITY THAT IT GOES BAD with in 18 months. I have almost everything at home of LG but this LCD TV created panic in my heart.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND CONSIDER YOUR PRODUCT TO BE FAULTY AND PROVIDE FREE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT.

LG 32 LCD — not receiving DTH

I would like to inform you that I have sent claim for one DTH set top box, which I got after purchasing LG 32 LG 80OUR LCD TV along with all the requisite documents on[protected]. But so far I have not recieved any mail or any correspondance regarding my claim. I request you to take immediate steps in this regard and take action to deliver the DTH set top box at your earliest. Hope you would be kind enough to inform me about the status of my request.

PCH ezone — Fraud in PCH

I bought a samsung LCD TV on 17th of oct from PCH ezone at kharkhana in secunderabad. The model no was 550. The PCH people packed model 530 in a model 550 box and sent it to my house after 6 hours. They came the next day to fix the TV and then realised their mistake. The brought the correct TV to my house after few hours but did not bring its remote control. Its the 20th of oct today. Repeated telehone calls to PCH did not yield any result. They keep saying some stupid and lame excuses for this lapse. I had a same experience when I bought an AC from them. They sent an AC which was damaged. This is the last time I waste my precious time and money in buying goods from PCH
