LiFE INSURANCE CORP OF INDIA — not receiving LIC pension premium

Sir,

I am a senior citizen lady aged 68 years taking care of my pralysed husband. I have shifted my residence from Bangalore since 2004 after my husband was paralysed.
I HAD taken A PENSION SCHEME - LIC policy with no[protected] in 2003
I have initimated LIC TO MAKE A NOTE OF MY CHANGE IN ADDRESS AND SEND ME PREMIUMS FOR THE POILCY NUMBER[protected] to the new address mentioned below :

MSUNDARAMBAL, NO 21 KAMARAJAR STREET, MAHALINGAPURAM, POLLCAHI-642002.
But i have not been receving the same since 2004 and the total premium due from LIC is around 1 lakh .

May I request your goodselves to help me in this issue to get me all my dues since 2004 and also amend my address as mentioned above .

Though I have been sending repeated lettesr I have not been getting any corrospondence from them .

Looking forward to your kind help .

LIC INDIA — Premium not uploaded

Today i.e. 04/Nov/2008 I have tried to paid the premium of Rs 1590/- online through www.licindia.com for Policy number #[protected], but while making payment your site stop working and it has given the error but money has been debited from my Citibank account.

Below is the transaction details :-

I have not received a cheque of Rs. 10000/- from LIC Branch, Yerwada, Pune till today. My Policy No.[protected]. This policy is moneyback policy. My current address is : Stenographer, O/O Dy. Inspectore General of Prisons, Southern Region, Clare Road, Byculla, Mumbai- 400 008.

Against the above money back policy, 2nd survival benefit has not been paid till date inspite of several personal and written complaints. Meanwhile Policy matured in January 2009. LIC sent a discharge voucher for the accured bonus only.
I have lost my reciept of policy bearing no.[protected] paid in December, 2008 for Rs. 7186/-
Kindly mail me copy of reciept, if posible .

Monday 02/March/2009 I have tried to paid the premium of Rs 6, 386/- online through www.licindia.com for Policy number #[protected], but while making payment your site stop working and it has given the error but money has been debited from my Axis bank account.

Life insurance Corporation of India, 20 year Money Back Policy — non payment of premium i paid

Sir,

My father had bought a 20 years Money back policy in my name in 1998. He paid a total premium of around 60000 in two years. He couldn't pay the premium from then due to finacial instablity. When i was checking my old records I found this. I requested LIC to renewe my policy or refund my premium deducting penalty if any. They say as I had not paid premium for 3 years and renew within 5 years my policy is lapsed . So nothing can be done in such case.

I request to kindly look into the matter and advise me.

I have neither received any intimation nor the cheque for the survival benefit against policy nos.[protected] and[protected]. Kindly let me know what is the problem. It may be noted that my address recorded in the policy document was subsequently changed and I am now getting the payment advice or receipts at the new address. If the payment intimation or cheques have been dispatched to the old address, the same may kindly be sent to my new address.

LIFE INSURANCE CORPN OF INDIA — NON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OF POLICY

THE FOLLOWING POLICIY WAS MATURED IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2009

1. POL No 26251123

Accordingly the policiy, alongwith claim form was sent to LICof India, Hardwar BO-I in the month of June 2009.
But despite of all efforts through letters and email and contacts over telphone, I could not recieve the payment of the policy so far.
When i contacted Mr Saxena Branch Manager he transferred the phone to Mr Sharma (the concerning officer looking after the maturity payments. Mr Sharma never reply in positive way.
Once he told "HAMARE PASS BAHUT AUR BHI KAM HAI, JAB FURSAT HOGI TAB DEKHENGE, PURANA CASE HAI FILE NAHI MIL RAHI HAI"
Next time when I contacted Mr Sharma he said" AAP JOR SE NAHI BOLENGE, DHEERE BOLIYE, DEKHTA HOON APKA PAYMENT KAISE HOTA HAI".
And Mr Sharma prooved it true. The payment of the aforesaid policies have not been made so far.
Sir it is the position of the officer of organisation who is corporate agent of LIC what to say of the general public.
I therefore request you to please arrange to redress my grievance and help me in getting payment of the aforesaid policies alongwith interest for the over due period.

Sir,
I want to inform that the afore said policy was wrongly treated and considered as the “Surrender case”
Actually the forms for finalization of policy were sent to me before one year to submit the same duly filled in. I did not fill the forms, but when I received the forms second time I asked my agent about the forms. The agent suggested me to fill in the forms and mention, whether I want to opt the pension or want the full payment in one lump sum.
It is true that I opted for one lump sum but it was after the maturity period of the policy, and I opted for one lump sum, because there was column/option for one lump sum.
This was treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”, and it was treated like wise.
I did not want the Pre mature surrender case, as I was not in need of money, and I was ready to pay the premium up to the maturity date.
This was totally wrong dealing by The LIC. Rather it is a clear cut case of cheating
How can any body, who is a regular premium payer, can opt for premature surrender of the policy, and that too before one year only? This is a huge loss to me, given by the LIC.
Please enquire in the matter and take appropriate action, and review the case immediately.
I was misguided by LIC and taken the forms duly filled in and wrongly treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”

In this reference I want to state that I had enquired in the grievances cell of LIC vide my complaint No:239185, but they informed me that the case have been closed
Further they informed that there is no option for one lump sum payment.
Now I just want to ask that if there is no option for one lump sum payment , then why did they mention in their claim form for one lump sum payment ?
Is it not the mis-guiding to the customers or cheating with the customers ?
I , there by request to please look in the matter and if possible arrange to give me the justice in the case.
