[Resolved]  Lic P&gs Department, New Delhi — Annuity Payment – Master Policy No. GSCA 303775 – annuity no : 011Y0219078, Regarding .,

I have been working with Ace glass containers between[protected] and had been in superannuation scheme offered by the company with the master policy no. GSCA -303775. Recently, I have received the annuity payment for Rs.6426/- from your dept to my home address for the annuity no: 011Y 0219078 and I have lost the same without being deposited in my bank account.

I request you to kindly order stop payment to the cheque issued and issue a fresh cheque in my favour.

I also request you to send the relevant documents to sign and send it to you for electronic bank clearance in future.

Re :- I already have sent all the original check to your address, but did not get any response, all the
cheques were like more then one year old.Issue of fresh cheque against stale cheque bearing
cheque nos. 380361 to 380368 under policy no. 47418, Annuity no. 011M[protected].


Reference in regards, I the undersigned would like to request your gooself to the fact

that Sir, as i was in out of station for quite sometime due to urgent domestic purpose,

henceforth I could not encash all the above mentioned cheque within due time results

all the cheque staled.



So, I shall deem it a favour if you please arrange to issue fresh cheques and send

it to the undersigned in the present address mentioned here in below.

I have also send a letter on October 10, 2009 through registered post with the followign attachments:

2. LIC letter duly attested by Bank Manager
3. Cancelled cheque showing my S.B. A/c No.

But still I have not received any reply from the department.

I have already sent my existence certificate properly attested by an authorized officer on 5th November 2009 . I have posted it on 5th Nov. 2009. Till now I haven't got any postpaid cheque as mentioned in my application along with the existence certificate.

Payment for Annuity No: 17241

I have not received my Annuity payment for year 2009 (payable normally in August) against the above stated Super Annuation policy. I have written emails & letters to the LIC P&GS Department at least 10 times, but there is simply no reply. I am living in Singapore, and have tried many times to call them - either their numbers are busy, or someone would transfer to someone else, and the matter dos not get resolved.

I am writing to the Consumer Forum after being totally frustrated by the the absolute lack of response from LIC.

Please help.

My last Annuity cheque deposited was on 15.10.2010 and after that stopped receiving cheues from LIC P&G Dept. I have been continuously trying to get in touch with them on the Landline[protected], 23314970 and 23350678 either the phone keep and no one responds the call or I get a recorded voice mail saying the no. is busy, please call after some. It has been 1 1/2 years (one and a half years) trying to know the trying to get in touch, but in vain.

Bangalore P&G Dept lady is so rude, doesn't even want to hear us out.

I even sent the courier on 23.1.2012 requesting them to change the mode of payment to electronic mode with all required documents. Till date I have not received any intimation from the P&G Dept.

Could you please help me out.
