Sir, I enrolled by LIC Policy no.[protected] dated 25/03/2000 on LIC portal. However, I lost user id as well as password. I made a request to LIC through their Marking Division, Western Region but I have not still get my user id and password. Please inform me, how I can get the lost user id and password.

I have forgot my user id and password. Could not create new credentials as the system validates the details with policy number which had got registered already.
So pls suggest me on how to get the user id and password.
