[Resolved]  Lichfl — Unable to login to my account in LICHFL

Yes,
I have also taken a loan from LICHFL in May 2009 at a floating rate of 8.5%, presently it is 11.9%, whereas other financial institutios are giving house loan @ 10.25%.

my loan account is [protected]. When I try to register, it shows as "already registered" whereas I have never registered it. I have never created any user id or password. When I try to open through option of "Forget User Id", it gives the masseage of "email not registered with LICHFL". I contacted with LICHFL office at Chandigarh Sector 22, but the concerned officer/official shows her inability to help me. Please help me, what should I do?
