I have read your complaint on complaintsboard.com, regarding the premium payment of your LIC's Money Plus Policy.
Introduction: I am working as a LIC Agent in New Delhi.

This was really very disappointing to know you have suffered so much.
I would like to provide you some information which may help to know why is your payment not accepted.
Money Plus is a Unit Link Life insurance policy which is linked with performance of Stock Exchanges. Now when a person pays premiums LIC has to allocate units as per the current NAV to the policy holders. Which requires robust computer network system to deal with.
As LIC has large number of branches spread all over India it is time taking procedure to UPDATE all branches with latest technologies.
However premiums of traditional plans can be deposited in any branch in India.
