[Resolved]  Liquor — Selling more than MRP

Dear Sir,
I want to complaint you of the high price of liquors in Noida.The Beverage shop at sector-44, challera market, sells his liquor at more than 33% of MRP.
This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. Its not just in here, a beverage shop in Ganga Market, sector 29, also sells at high prices. This is atrocious, I hope the concerned authorities would do needful.

Liquor — not selling on MRP

in my place i had verified wiht all the liquor shops
no one is selling at MRP prices
they are selling at more than 50 % extra cost

Liquor shop located in vasant lok, near pvr vasant vihar charged extra rs 5 against fixed mrp explaing about revised excise duty on 17.6.13. Is govt decided to vasooli system from comon people or shop emoloyee has made fraud in stock inventory. Totally fraud going on pls stop it now?
