[Resolved] Lloyd split air conditioner FL 18 — AC not working properly

We purchased Lloyd split AC (Model no. FL18sacgl4EL) on date 26/4/08 from Khanna trading co. 112 railway road bajaria, Ghaziabad, U.P.. From the very first day the wings of the AC was not working properly. We talked to the dealer then with company’s Manager (services) and Manager (sales). After putting a lot of efforts, several visits of non skilled technician and company executives and 100s of telephone calls we got the replacement on 23rd of June (almost after 2 months when the summer is about to get over). But the problem is still there with some enhancements. Following is the brief Description of problem. AC 1: When Wings are set to manual, after 10-15 mins wings automatically moves upward which cause direct air to the bed. Replaced AC: Problem is same as above with less time frame and there is a noise when we put on the AC. Please do the needful ASAP. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

sir card in front pannel controlling ? display also is burnt due to short circuit. at present no body in saharanpur area to ractify problem. consider it.

I also had very bad experience of LLOYDS AC. I purchased Window AC and it started giving trouble just after one year. Dealer sent its own technician. I was unable to get in touch with LLOYDS over phone.

Some I got correct phone no of company and lodged the complaint. They said they have some Franchise in NOIDA who would rectify it. Their so called Franchise is proved a local technician. I do not know how to get a proper service.

In this season gas got leaked 5 times and compressor also changed.

My split ac model no.AS18GES1 serial no.[protected] not working. Perhaps the compressor gone damaged. I have tried on phone [protected] but no one there to attend the call. Please change this service pattern.

LLOYDS AC model no.AS18GES1 serial no.[protected] not working.
non skilled service men repaired it last year but till today it's out of function. company should change the machine otherwise I will go for consumer court.

lloyd ac — AC NOT WORKING.

I PURCHACE NEW 1.5 TON AC IN LLOYD AC FROM BHARMAL SALES CORPORATION BARODA AT 19/05/2012. ITS NOT WORKING. I COMPLATION AT BHARMAL SALES BY PHONE AND MAIL OLSO AT 17/08/2012. BUT ITS NOT SOLVE. AFTER THREE DAYS. NOT REPLY ME MY MAIL. WERY POOR SERVICE. BY BHARMAL AND LLOYD, NOT REPLY ANY MAIL.

I have purchased Lloyd Split Ac on 28 April 2008 by Drishti Trading Niralanagar, Lucknow. From beginning, I am facing cooling problems. I complaint so may times. Lloyd executive, service men never take seriously. Some of executive talking roughly. Behavior are also not satisfactory. My last complaint no LEEL[protected] not resolve since more than one month. I called Noida executive also on phone[protected]. Its technician number is [protected]. I complaint on toll free number also. But all or bogus. Not interested to solve your problems they are saying that we only provide two years service .after that company not provide any parts. It means, if you are going to purchase Lloyd AC, mind it, its life will only two years.
