Dear Sir
I have valid LPG gas connection in Lorik Gas Service, Ramghat Road, Aligarh. My Consumer number is 6217. For more than three months I am not getting my LPG gas cylinder and in much hardships and facing very much troubles for arrangement of LPG. They took money for home delivery but don,t deliver at home. We have to collect from their truck placed at a distant location. When I connect by phone they tell that you collect your filled LPG Cylinder from Dhorra(a place near Markaji masjid). But when I or my brother goes to collect the same, they say you come next day. When we reach on next day they inform us that your Cylinder has n’t come. Yesterday, when my brother went to collect cylinder they informed him that my connection has been cancelled without giving any reason. I am a girl student, residing with my mother and brother and in much trouble for the essential commodity/service. I request you to take immediate steps for restoring my LPG connection & service.
