[Resolved]  Lotto Shoes — Damaged

I brough a shoe on 25 apr 2010.while buying the shoe i did't check the shoe condtion what they have given me in shoe box. when i opened it at my home i show problem in the shoe.Next day i went to the delear.Now he is saying we can only repair it and asking more that 3 days to do so.

My main problem is that how can they pass quality check of the shoe.Pls help me how i can solve this problem.
