My Bondholder No.[protected] & certificate No.2810 I have received the letter from Lotus Gilts Global Inc Delhi for the exit option & the redemption of the said bond. In their letter they have misguided regarding the TDS & Income tax deduction. We came under that pressure and send them the said bond for the redemption. They have not sent us the payment of the said redemption also & they have forwarded this bond for the transfer to you. We do not want to sell this bond.

You are requested to not to transfer the said bond. I am sending a copy of this letter to the Lotus Gilts Global Inc Delhi also. Please confirm the same with me.

Please do the needful & oblige me.

The bond certificates were received for availing exit option of bonds by our office. On the request of the bondholder, the processing has been cancelled & the bond certificate has already been returned back to the bondholder at his / her registered address.

You are right, lotus global gilt inc's owner mr. Sharat jain is defrauding people in collusion with icici bank. Icici bank have shared customers confidential data in exchange for money to agent's like lotus global gilt. The owner mr. Sharat jain has defrauded me too by sending such illegal/ bogus letters stating that the icici bond scheme's are closing and to encash the bonds.innocent people like us fall in his trap and he transfers the bond in his wife name ms. Rachna jain.

This is all happening under full knowledge of ms. Chanda kochhar of icici bank to whom i have written several letters and she has failed to reply to my letter nor shas taken any action against this fraudster mr. Sharat jain.

They need to be booked under various ipc section for criminal breach of trust, misrepresentation, forgery, fraud.

I am the latest victim of this fraud. I too received a letter from Lotus Gilt Global, informing me of the Exit Option and I have sent the signed Bonds to them. I then received letter saying that the Bonds will be transferred to Rachna Jain. Calls to ICICI Bank Call Centre have told me that there is nothing they can do as the Bonds are with Lotus Gilt. I am not in a fix as I don't know who I have to contact and how to get the Bonds back.
Can any one please advise me.

I have also been duped, i had sent the bonds in the name of my minor son to lotus gilts in december 2013 for exit option and now all of a sudden i receive a letter asking my consent for transfer of bonds to rachna jain. I have not received my redemption money so far. This is daylight robbery by sharat jain. Is icici colluding with these people. I want my bonds back. Please advise should i register a police complaint against sharat jain

Sent me a letter as if acting on behalf of icici to send them all bonds signed so that they can send the money to the respective accounts of my grand children. I have sent the 5 nos bonds duly signed by my grand children & gurdian to them. Now i have received letters from icici in case of two holders that the bonds shall be transferred to one rajna jain & to indicate my objections, if any, for the transfer with in 15 days. I have not received any payment & when i contacted sarat jain over phone he said that it will some time for payment. Pl. Advise what shall i do now either to get back the 5 bonds or payment of proceeds as promised by sarat jain.
The bond holder nos are 6422-698, 6120-018,[protected], 6120-047,[protected].

I am sumit ganguly, date of birth 20.12.1981. My mother smt. Deepa ganguly purchased two icici money multiplier bonds-0399 option-ii issue price rs-4, 700/- per bond date of allotment was 28.04.1999 with a face value of rs-50, 000/- redemption on 28.04.2017. At the time of purchased the bond i was a minor and my mother was my guardian. (Bond holder no[protected], certificate no-569, distinctive nos[protected]. On 21.09.2015 i have received a letter with exit option form from lotus gilts global inc. Lotus house, 10, rishabh vihar, near karkardooma metro station, vikas marg extn., (Opp. Happy eng. School), delhi-110092 dated 01.09.2015 with a request to surrender the original bond certificate for processing of payment instrument within cutoff date 31.03.2016. After so many email correspondence i have surrendered the original bonds and sh-4 form duly filled by me and my mother as well as my banker, punjab and sind bank, bansdroni, kolkata as per their request. And they have confirmed it over email 06.02.2016, 24.02.2016 and 12.03.2016 respectively. Yesterday i. E 21.03.2016 i have send a mail for asking payment of my bonds but yet to receive any reply.
Surprisingly i have received a letter dated 15.03.2016 from 3i-infotech limited (Sebi authorized agent authorized by icici bank), tower #5, 3rd floor, international infotech park, vashi railway station complex, vashi, navi mumbai 400 703, maharashtra, india, that icici bank other than 3i-infotech not appointed any agent to deal with shares and bonds of their own.
I presume that i have been cheated by lotus gilts global inc. And lost my original bond certificate/s.

Lotus Gilts Global Inc. is into buy-back o[censored]nsecured bonds issued by banks & institutions. We make offer to investors by sending letter. It is clearly mentioned in letter that this is Exit Option- i.e., option of investors to avail. The offer is optional and all terms & conditions of bonds are as per terms of prospectus. We buy the bonds on our own from those investors who wish to sell now. It is an offer from our side & not the call option from the companies. The offer is optional & not compulsory. The company has not yet closed the bonds & they are still on till maturity & it is the prerogative of investors to avail this offer. The circular was sent in Regional & Hindi language also for ease of investors who do understand English. The circular is to provide prompt & efficient service to bondholders who do not know as to how to dispose off their bonds in case of immediate & urgent need of money by them, since the debt market in India is at a very infant stage and, Icici series bonds are not traded on any Exchange.
