SUBJECT:-Complaint against illegal construction in H.No205, saidulazab, new delhi 30
Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is to state that I lodged many complaints regarding illegal construction in H.No.205 sadulazab Delhi-30 as he is completely violating the approved plan of MCD. I met you personally in your office on18/09/2013I highly appreciate your efforts made on my application dated 18/09/2013. In this connection, it is stated that the efforts made by you were not fruitful due to the negligence of your officials/officers by not demolishing the extended portion of the plot which is illegal.

A mere action was taken by the officers. It is presumed that it is an eyewash and can be repaired soon. It also seems that the concerned officers/officials of MCD are involved in this illegal construction as they are not taking proper action. This house is three sided open with illegally constructed balcony on ground floor, first floor and second floor and it is going to be the same on the third floor

It is therefore requested that illegal construction of this property should be demolished completely as early as possible and necessary action should be taken against corruption. i have sent photographs of the site to the mcd deputy commisioner south zone on 18/09/2013 by the indian speed post

RESPECTED SIR,

Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic cosideration for the following facts that:-

I beg to draw your kind attention about a ongoing unauthorised/illegal construction at property saidulazab lane no 4 New Delhi (M.C.D, south zone) Which is constructed without any approved sanction plan & it is against the plans of building bye-law.

First of all I want to tell you that. I have made complaint against it, but no further action was taken by leagel authorities and no plan was sanctioned.. If any strict action would be taken then the construction will be stopped . But now onwards the above cited property is constructing in so hasty manner . The owner and the builder has joined hands with the above officers of building department. That’s why no action would be taken.

I have also intimated my complaint to D.C.south Zone But I think no such action would be taken from their side. As the cited property is being constructed continuously without any delay.

I humbly request you to please look into whole matter personally and took every necessary and strict action.

It is therefore requested that illegal construction of this property should be demolished completely as early as possible and necessary action should be taken against corruption.

UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AT 4th FLOOR IN PROPERTY NO. 274, GURU RAM DASS NAGAR, LAKSHMI NAGAR, DELHI 110092 by Mr. R. K. Singh.

This is to state that I, Indra Rani w/o Subhash Chander is owner of Ground floor of property 274 Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Lakshmi Nagar. The other 3 floors are in possession of other independent parties with common roof right.
R.K.Singh resident of 3rd floor of this building has constructed one room and bathroom at 4th floor without taking the permission from your honour whereas roof right is common and moreover, the building is in dangerous position. It may collapse at any time due to extra load on the balconies on both sides about 35-40 feets high walls from 1st floor to 3rd floor. This building is L type building and has already leaned one feet on the street side. Even the electricity pole has also been leaned on the street side.
Surprisingly to note that on one hand this building was required by MCD team to remove extra load on the balconies, but on the other hand instead of removing extra load, Mr. R. Singh has put more load by constructing one room and bathroom at 4th floor with the help of some MCD officials.
I would also like to inform you that Lalita Park case should not be reapeated again and to avoid loss of lives of other residents and tress passers. I would also request the Hon'ble Authority to look into the matter urgently and take appropriate remedial action by removing extra load put by Mr. R. K. Singh on 4th floor of this building as well as by removing high walls on the balconies in the interest of public at large.

Senior Citizen and living in front of our Central Park has caused me
Severe Bronchitis and I am also an Ashtama Patient. This is due to the
dust particles flying while children playing in the park and there has
no tinge of grass in our main park. This has caused even little
children and other elderly as well as residents around the park with
extreme inconvenience and has become a health hazard.

We have already informed the park maintenance personel of MCD to
sprinkle water, they do not pay any heed to it and the park lies in
devastated condition. There are 5 parks in our locality and not even one
is maintained by these respected officials.

If a timely step can be taken there can be less citizens who can save themselves as well as little childrens.

Please do take a step and save us from this condition.

This is to bring to your kind attention that the aforesaid Shri Satender Kumar (Babbal) and encroached upon the N.D.M.C Land and its surrounding roads situated in front of P-50 Pillangi Village Sarojini Nagar New Delhi-23.
The people cannot go in the park and a number of illegal slum and shops have been established in the park and its surrounding area and some of the shop keepers are doing illegal business of selling country made liquor and immoral activity of gambling.
A number of complaints have been made in this regard but the authorities have covered their eyes rather the illegalities flourish right under the nose of the police and civic agencies. It is, pertinent to mention herein that the place is not safe for ladies of the house and a number of quarrels take place over here.
Shri Satender Kumar break a wall of N.D.M.C Land and make a way from our house side (P-50 Pillangi Sarojini Nagar New Delhi-23).
It is, therefore, requested that appropriate orders be issued to the agencies to demolish the illegal market flourishing in front house No. P-50 Pillangi Village Sarojini Nagar New Delhi-23 and build a wall in front house No. P-50 Pillangi Village Sarojini Nagar New delhi -23 and ascertain that the same is used by the inhabitants of the society especially the children for playing.

There is an illegal construction going on on the MCD land just next to our plot no. M-49, Gali No. 6 New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi - 1100018. This particular land is public passage which earlier was illegally occupied by bandwalas as they used to park their Ghodis (horses) there. There have been lot of complaints and cases filed to report this. However, the people associated with this constructions are so networked and influential that no action is being executed on this so far. I would earnestly request you to look into this as this construction will be hazardous for the locality as it will block the ventilation for the adjacent buildings as well as block the public passage.

I am already lodge a complaint Police (Kishan Garh Police Station) DD no 40 B dated 13/03/2019 and Police again complaints in MCD the complaint no is 2966 dated 13/03/2019 but work is still going on no one has come to stop this Unauthorized work which is illegal in nature. the construction material is lying on the road which is danger for road commuters. some photographs are submitted and video are submitted.
