I with consumner No 36607 booked for a reifil on 15 of sep 08, through IVRS No 1260. On waiting for 15 days I enquired with gas agency they said as I booked the gas within the 20days of previous delevery my booking date has been taken as 26 sep
If at all I booked the gas within the locking period why my booking was accepted and at if accepted why is not my booing date been taken as 20 sep i.e 20 days from previous delevry. I booked the gas after 15 days of delevry only as precautionery measere taking into consideration the news from news papers ie one can bolok the gas just after the 3 days of prevuious delevry. S0 the falult may be rectiified and the refil may be delevered at lest within the time ie 20 days locking period for bookiong and 10 days fordelevery which expired on 30 sep 2008.
