This is to bring to your notice that on 10.08.2010 at 10.55 when I was waiting at Hanuman Chowk bus stop for BEST Bus NO. 303. The Bus no. MH-01-LA-6737 came but did not stop inspite of passengers standing and waiting for long on the stop. I took an auto and through short cut route I reached Gawanpada Bus Stop where I got the same bus. I enquired with the conductor as to why he did not stop the bus at Hanuman Chowk bus stop, he replied that he was busy issuing tickets and it is not his duty to stop the bus but the duty of driver. His Batch no. is E-26576. Therefore I enquired with Driver, but he was rude in talking and said the bus was crowded.Drivers Batch no. is 6948. Even when I get in at Gawanpada there were few passengers and in fact the bus starts from Mhada Mulund (E) bus stop and the stop of Hanuman chowk is 3rd one. It shows the mentality of the operators to drive the bus at their whims and fancies and not to take cognizence of passengers who are waiting for long time . This will not only malign the very good image of BEST which I think best in the country but also reduce the response to the BEST. It is therefore a sincere request to warn such negligent operators in the interest of passengers and BEST.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that BEST Bus No.303 starting from Mulund MHADA Depot at 10.45 a.m. does not stop at Hanuman chowk Bus stop (just 3rd stop from starting point) though it is absolutely empty (it was 10.55 am at hanuman chowk bus stop). I took a auto and went to next stop through short cut and caught the bus. On being enquired with Conductor, he said he was busy giving tickets and it is not his duty to stop the bus but the duty of driver. On an enquiry with driver, he replied rudely and said the bus was crowded. It was a funny reply as you can find that the said bus never get crowded even in peak hours. Is that this bus meant for only conductor and driver and the public to remain standing at the Bus stop at the mercy of such rude operators. The bus no. is MH-01-LA-6737 . The conductors batch no is E-26576 and drivers batch no. is 6948.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.
