Dear Sir,

We have 3 connections from your agency 2 of geyser and one of cooking, though we book the cylinder monthly once, they change the booking date for more than 15days means they take booking on cylinder for 45 days instead of 30days and also they do not deliver the cylinder often asked for the late delivery they comment badly, hatred and wickedly, this is the 5th complaint i am submiting action is not taken towards the company and its staff for their irregular activiities, This problem is faced regularly from this company or people has to jaoin and ban their distributionship and should be given to a right person helpful to the common citizens of this agency, co-operating to the customers sincerly of fault action must be taken from the customer itself towards this agency and its people .

Not getting cylinder from M/S.Raksha ga agency even after one month of booking, both the cylinders will always be empty at us, but our neigbours who buy from the same delivery person get in time as they buy in BLOCK, where do we have to go an complain, no response from reception / managers, will any senior people look into the same and revert
