[Resolved]  M / S Paradise Enterprises Distributor Indane Gas — non delivery of gas cylinder

I Ehsan Baksh booked my cylinder from M/s paradise enterprises Distributor for indane (2727,sher afgan baradari, ballimaran, chandni chowk, delhi -6) my gas connection no.1998 on 6th july 2011 by computerized phone booking, i got to know that the cylinder is already booked on 22/6/11 and supplied on 25/6/11. but it is not delivered to my home at 4805, 2nd floor, katra subhash ,chandni chowk. but i didnt booked the cylinder please check where the cylinder is supplied,from your agency.

Paradise Enterprises/Gas cylinder — Late supply

A gass cylender was booked by me on[protected] when the price of cylender was not increased by Delhi Govt.But the supply was made on Sunday the 4th.April 2010. with Paradise enterprises cash memo bill no 7490 dated 25/03/2010.This bill was issued on 25.03.2010.for Rs.281.20.But supply made after 12 days with cutting on computer generated bill as 310.35.I have paid Rs 311/= which is quite wrong.Please do the need full and arrenge refund at once.

I have booked the LPG cylinder on dated26/09/2014 and my booking reference no.is 313527 . My refill booking no is [protected]-313527. On 3/10/2014 I got the message that the cylinder against my booking has been delivered but till date I could not received the cylinder against my booking. My cust. no is cx7589764. You are being informed that look into the matter and take the necessary action for the same and deliver the cylinder against my booking.
