[Resolved]  M.S.R.T.C Shivneri AC Volvo — Poor MSRTC service. Refund for bus missed.

Please find a copy of my ticket below for reference.

I wish to bring to your notice the poor customer service and rude behavior of MSRTC employees towards a reserved passenger.

I was supposed to board the below mention bus from Pune Swargate to Borivali (starting at 5.30am), at Pune Rly. Station. at around 6am on 3rd Jan.

I was there at Rly. Stn bus stand at 5:30am and was waiting for the bus. I was the only passenger to board at Rly station. stand. There was a rush of busses entering and leaving the stand which gets crowded easily. This bus of mine from Swargate stand, didnt enter the Rly stn. bus stand and was outside on the road. Normally it comes inside the bus stand. i have travelled on the same route before too. Due to the jam of busses, i couldnt see it and soon it left without me from outside the stand only.

I realized something was wrong, when i saw 1 Shivneri bus not enter the bus stand and leave from outside.

I inquired at the counter and the man there gave me a rude reply saying the bus left. I asked him to help or suggest an alternative and he shouted at me and asked me to go to Swargate bus stand. So i took an auto at 6am to Swargate, as next Dadar bus booking for available for only 8am and i would be late for office in Malad.

At Swargate bus stand, there were no availability in Shivneri busses to Borivali and people were rude there too. I was made to run from one counter to another, just to enquire and seek help.

Finally i met the Swargate Depot Incharge Mr. Nimbalkar, WHO SIMPLY REFUSED TO ENTERTAIN MY e-TICKET, even though it was booked in advance and reserved.

He said he could help if it was a ticket bought at the counter physically but no help for E-ticket.

Why this discrimination between ticket holders? I too paid the same 340/- Rs. amount.

Then he put me on a 2x2 Ashiad bus and i had to buy the ticket paying additional 181Rs.

This is very dissapointing service from MSRTC who plans to add more busses and passengers.

Please look into the matter and kindly refund my 340/- Rs.
