Subject: Harrasment by M2K Infrastructure Company Ltd , Delhi
Dear Sir
This refers to booking of an apartment with M2K Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd , Ref Customer ID 1393 , at M2K County Heights Dharuhera on 29.11.2006 with initial payment of 4Lac Rs ( Details attached). We were allotted Apartment J-1104 in Tower J and this was initially in the launch stages and we were promised that project will be ready in next 3 years and would be ready for living. We had gone for Construction Linked Payment Plan. We had further made a payment of 1.25 Lacs . Project was moving at very slow pace and they were continuously asking for money but the project had no infrastructure developed.
The project kept on getting delayed and further they changed the allotment of our apartment to some other tower as Tower J was not completed for which we disagreed and asked for reimbursing our money. Its almost 7 years now , the project is not yet complete nor livable. We have several times asked them to cancel the allotment completely pay our money back but they have not returned our money. Now from the company there is no reply whatsoever. When we pressurised to get our money back, we got threatened.
After exhausting all option we have come to your office to help us out. I would request you to please intervene and help us to get the money.

M2K Infrastructure — false commitment and disputed title
M2K had booked a flat in their project at Dharuhera in 2006 .The builder is not the owners of the actual land and also voilated th e govt
bodies bylaws and commitments.
