[Resolved]  Madhavi Gas Agency / Indane Gas — Non receipt of refill cylinder (Madhavi Gas Agency)

madhavi gas agency, shaikpet, hyderabad — non-delivery of refill cylinder

I have booked for a refill cylinder on18.5.2011 on sv no. 03499 and with booking refernece number is 201666. on 23.5.11 one intimation from 544111 saying against your refill booking reference 201666 cash memo 13919 generaated cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Again on 26.5.11. I got an intimation on my mobile from 544111 that cylinder has been delivered against your refill boolking 201666 with cash memo no. 13919. but sorry to say that till now no refill cylinder received by me. In this connection, I have tried the land line of Madhavi gas agency which is always engage. hence I am e.mailing the complaint. kindly do the needful please.

I am the customer of Madhavi Gas Agencies, Toli chowki, Hyderabad.
My consumer no is 90147.
I had book for refill cylinder online on [protected] on 03.09.2011, with booking no 254499.
As per online information it has been already billed with Bill no 10865, and the Gas agency has already cleared the billing and deliveries upto 05.09.2011.
When all the information is so transparant then why the delivery has not been done as on 24.09.2011.
We request the Higher Officials to monitor the activites of the delivery incharge and delivery boys.
Help them to discharge their duty properly and educate them that all the informations are transparant to the consumers.
If some ghapla is done by the dlivery incharge or delivery boys purposly for small amount of tips.
The higher officials should take necessary action.
I request the officials to look in my case also and resolve the problem..
