VERY Strongly agree with the above complaints.
Friday I went for new connection...they told me that to bring the required docs on Saturday Morning.
I went with all the docs next day (saturday morning) at 11.30 am..I had to wait for 30 mins and than they told concerned officer will come at 2 pm....so again went again at 2 pm...there were 15-20 people like me waiting .Some includes women with 1-2 year old kids...we al were waiting for the lady who issues new connections. At 3.30pm they told that she is in some marriage and will come shortly..there was no standy by for her...this continued till 4.30 pm and they told she will not come....Everybiody got pissed off and people were really angry..than one person came finally at 5.30pm and he started doing some work.
At 6.30pm ..he called who are all for new connections...than he demanded 4700/- including gas stove. We told we alrady have it....THAN HE MENTIONED IT IS COMPULSORY THAT YOU SHOULD BUY THE STOVE FROM US...COST OF STOVE IS 1850/-...IN REALITY,ACTUAL COST IS NOT MORE THAN 1000/-
IOC SHOULD SET UP VIGILANCE TEAM SO CHECK THEIR DEALERS...LICESNSES OF DEALERS LIKE MADHAVI SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATLEY Was this information helpful? |
I have ordered for Bharat Gas on 14th Feb, My consumer no -RG12408A SV NO & DATE[protected], My registration no was 139 for booking a gas but till now I have not got my Gas. Gas is very essential but the dealers of Bharat gas are not giving gas in time. I am facing serious trouble please help because Gas is very important for cooking without which I cannot cook. Gas owner and dealers are giving explanation and doing unnecessary argument. Please help me to get back my cylinder.
