Dear Team of Mafoi Management,
I have requested for my salary/pay slip for my rendered service to IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co. Ltd for Three months i.e.,22nd Feb to 22nd May 2010 through Mafoi.
I have asked for my salary slip of three months to Allahabad Mafoi Office which was looking after my job in IDBI Fortis umpteen times till now but in vain.
Please let me know how i can get my pay/salary slip in expedite manner as it has already taken lot of time on its follow up.
Also tell me if there is any such grievance machanism to redress such genuine request of common employees who are hire very easily and when it comes to their rightful documents they are simply denied or procrastinated and matter gets dissolved forever. As it has been case of me in last JFM of 2009 in the same company and the same consultant i.e., Mafoi to whom it had sent request many times to provide me salary slip but they did'nt care to let me know how can i get the same.
Now i need it urgently please give me way to get it.
