[Resolved]  Magna Infotech — Salary Issue

I want to comment on HARISH K ( from HR department from MAGNA INFOTECH).

Magna- I can say it has given me a career when there was recession in software even though I had experience.

I got selected in IBM company through Manga Infotech as a contractor and the guy I met to collect my offer was Harish.K ( From HR department)

Harish way of speech and rules gives us the confidence about Magna Infotech and there is lot of confidence and boldness in HR talk, which we can settle down and grow higher in carrierwise.

HARISK K - is the guy who has given full support and helped when worked in IBM as a contractor like salarywise, timesheetfilling, any queries if we have.

He is the person coming to IBM for our queries to get done at spot.

I can say Harish is the guy, watever the problem we have professionaly between magna and IBM gives solutions at spot.

The employee needs the support from the company which offers us to by salary and to work for the company for their benefits from customer which brings good name to company as well which promotes further for our growth in career and goals for employee.
For all these each employee should have trust in HR and company which we are working, that is given by MAGNA INFOTECH HR.

worst experience i had with MAGNA INFOTECH.

They offered us for 2.8L, v got selected also. now they are offering 1.2L.
pls dont believe this MAGNA INFOTECH. V had relieved from our current companies.
they made us ruin.

Dont agree with all. Magna is a good service provider & i personal dint face any issues with the services they are providing. HR's has been very helpful especially Anil.

i jst spoke to Meenakshi from MAGNA Infotec.. she is offring me a job as a finance associate. Currently m wrking in a very good co. bt the as Meenakshi told me abt its salary i was overwhelmed wid joy. Now People i need help. Wats true abt ths co. Plz let me know so that i can see the path ahead and can make a wise decision. I'l be obliged i[censored] people help me out wid facts n few figures. Thanks.

i placed with Magna with 2 yr before as a finance associate in top IT company, I have got good salary hike and now appraisal alsoo, I always get my salary, reimbursment on time, I recommend all my friends to magna, they have big clients like IBM, The company is good so people are eager to work with magna, i got permanent with my company.I have got a good platform to work, so dont trust on fake comments. this is not truth.

Yes, Magna infotech is a cheating & fraud company .please please please not to join there becoz i had a bad experience before they told me its contract to hire initial six months working through Magna after that you will be get converted into permanent in clint place. but within a 4 months i got releaved from clint becoz they dont have project only.they made me jobless for 6months.

i really agree that magna info tech does not have any ethics. I am awaiting for my full and final settlement from past two months but nothing is happening. The HR says that they are waiting for management approval and keeps assuring me that it will be done shortly. The mgt is sick and pathetic!!

Yes ..it is a company...as i was told in last minute for change in venue for interview location and was promised for re-imbursement...i sent the travel bills to them...where i went...still now they have not re-imbursed my bills...so..they are liers...don't believe in FAKE PROMISES MADE BY MAGNA INFOTECH LTD.

i am kiran i didnt got salary from may 2012 to jun 2012 salry till now the hr of magna not responding to me and the are not lifting the call also it is very bullsit company

Don't believe this consultant, I am having very tough time with magna... there is no salary hike / carrier growth...yes they have very gud clients but no benefits to employees...hr persons are too worst .. they are such a ***holes... they always force employees to give gud review to there organisation in social n/w sites... twat ..

I got offer magna magna at that time told me that you are hired for 1 year contract Our client, client released after 4 months me.but the magna didnt me the 6 months exp letter and salary,
when I asked for my salary, magna told me you get salary after 90 days (3 months).
are now more than 4 months.
I cry every process but, nobody is receave my call. All are working to [censored] her schedule.
magna is fraud company

I am also trying to get my salary from past 6 months, these basturds are not even answering the calls... fruad company...

Guys i got a mail frm magna infotech regarding the interview and called them enquired about the job detail of tech support...she explained that i ll b working for magna infotech but sitting place ll be in HP company which is in whitefield ...timings is day shift from 9 am to 6pm and training ll be for 6 week den dey ll us to other domaine...coming to salary she told dey ll b paying 15k ...plz suggest me whether to go attend the interview or not ...b4 attending i saw the consumer complaint some are against and some hv given good comments ...so which1 to choose ???im in diemma...plz help me out
