Ak Akola we total have 52 connections with approx billing of 1, 24, 80, 000/-rs per annum.
At Akola from last one year we are paying all the Bills of our 52 connections of near by Taluka like Akot, Telhara and Balapur at Akola.
Advantages: All the banks are available at Akola so payable DD’s and cheque can be availed faster.
Bulk payments can be done without delay.
Disadvantages: Only SBI exists in rural area arranging the SBI DD is long procedure.
We will face disconnections due to non payment.
We (Provider and Consumer) both will face problems due to connection.
We all will be benefited if single point for payment will be available not only for us but for all Operators.
I think after paying this huge amount we should get some additional facilities as a Valuable Customer.

first of the all u known that mseb is corrupat organation most of people are corrupt how we all things working properly in mseb pl use RTI so u can slove urs problem hope it is useful to everyone

I have read the list of complaints above and it disgusts me to see the extent of apathy displayed by the MSEB officials.
My complaint is one more added to the list and unless the senior officials take the time to actually read these complaints NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE. I wonder if these same MSEB officials have these problems in their homes. What is clear though is that none of them care a damn. Their work ethic is deplorable.
In my house, in Viman Nagar, the voltage is so erratic that it has become impossible to do anything for more than 10-15 minutes before the stabilizers cut off. I have had a very expensive piece of equipment damaged by this. Testing the supply with a multimeter I find that one part of the house is getting 192 volts and another 270+ volts, with both areas taking turns exchanging these voltages.
I have called a local MSEB phone number (and actually spoken to SOMEONE) 5 days in a row. They ask for the address, name, phone number landmarks etc. with the assurance that they will fix the problem but nothing happens.
It is time we consumers get together and tackle this problem. Alone it is an impossible endeavour, we need the numbers to do something about this. We have to go to the top, the bosses, not the underlings.

i know that the amount of energy which is getting from NTPC is sufficiant for our maharashtra.then also why we could not stopped this load shedding. gujraat state has'nt any load shedding, Andrapradesh too has not.
I am a resident of Pune. I don't appreciate that elcetricity is cut every thursday in the name of maintainance. This is nonsense and complete corruption. Though we have adeqaute power supply, why should the power cuts be continued, in the name of maintainance? Such a system is not observed in Mumbai or Delhi or even in backward areas like Nagpur.

In the Month of July, I have dropped the cheque of Rs. 520/- on 14/7/2011 at your Dombivli (W) bill collection centre. As the payment accepting machine was not operating since last 2 months, the working people like us do not have any option except putting the cheque in the drop box as there is always a very big crowd in the morning on the counter.
Still, I have received bill of Rs. 1100/- in the month of August 2011 including previous month's bill. I have confirmed from my bank about the cheque debit and the bank has informed the cheque is not yet been debited. So, I paid the total amount of Rs. 1100/- in cash on 6.09.2011. Yet, i have not made the stop payment of the cheque.
In spite of this, your representative came to my residence on September 13, 2011 to disconnect the power supply and they have disconnected also without intimating and before confirming about the payment and . At that time, my daughter was there at home. She was not aware of the payment of electricity bill. After contacting me, she has shown the receipt of the payment and your representatives told her that she should have informed them before only.
Where is my cheque? Is it misplaced or not yet collected from the drop box?
I am residing at Dombivli since last 4 years and till now, there in no pending of a paisa towards any of my electricity bill. What should I do if the same circumstances happens in the future and no one is there at my home. Because after disconnection, I will have to visit atleast for 4-5 days to MSED office for reconnection and also, i have to pay the charges for the same in spite I am not the defaulter

I, Dr. Swati, having a clinic in juhu gaon, sector 11. from last 72 hr. there is no electricity. I continuously calling to mseb office but no response from mseb. Yesterday they send two guys. They came around 4:30 & after half hour they said there is wire problem. You need to bring wire from outside in next 5 min. or else we dont do today. I tried to relise them being a clinic how the elctricity is imp. for us. but they just relaxed. Today they suppose to finished the work in morning but till time there is no response from office. I really fed-up with their typical approach towards customer. Please if any one can, do the needful.

we say our country is advance but leaving city like mumbai, the government cant even supply the basic needs that is electricity properly without any cut to tthe taluka, s like vasai . everyday here there is power cut for 6 hours . How a person should work . then when people here are paying equal bill as that of mumbaikars why this injustice is done to the people staying here .the thing like electricity is a basic need ad then if they expect us to buy inverters then why we should not buy generators only . Do they charge anything less no!! So i request you MSEB please awake now and dont stretch it till the common man comes out and protest against it .And if you want to do power cut and all then put restrictions on those who used these things for luxury not on those whose daily bread and butter is depended on it . I hope soon you will do something about it and make people happy here .

MSEB — Regarding 20 Yrs old Service line
We are domestic consumer of MSEB. We have three meters at our home. The service line for the electricity supply is 20-25 Yrs old and getting damaged/broken at several places. Also as per the lineman/Electrician of MSEB dept,the Neutral wire of this service line is not working.My mother has applied for the replacement of service line also given the reminder to their officials several times, but nobody is looking into this matter. Due to this faulty service line we have to pay Rs.1500/- to 2000/- each meters.
Also in summer the electricity bill comes around Rs.3000/ to 7000/- per month, even after the load-shading of 8-12 Hrs.
When we deny to pay the bill amount, Mr. Mandve cut-off the power supply of our home, without the prior notice or intimation to us. This is what is the DADAGIRI or HITLER-SAHI of MSEB official for their consumers due to whom they are getting their wages.
How it is possible for the domestic consumer?
This is only due to faulty and old service line.
The MSEB should provide the three separate lines for 3-meters.
So pls look into the matter and do the needful if possible...
