I use to pay MSEB bill online. While paying the Bill amount before 15th of every month, a discount of Rs.10 is being offered when we pay across the counter manually. Whereas when I pay the same thing, online I am not getting that benefit. Normally I use to pay the bill between 10th to 13th of everymonth online. As a sample I have attached the scanned copy of this month bill ( September 2010 ) for which I have paid the bill amount of Rs.1060 ( displayed as a default, which cannot be altered ) on 11th October instead of Rs.1050.
