Even after payment of Electricity Bill My connection was cut yesterday. This has happened twice. I make the payments through online only. but i think there is some problem with the online bill collection centre and the recovery department. beause of this we the CUSTOMER are suffring. If they are providing the online facility then proper co-ordination between their department shuld be there. Why we shuold run behind them for MSEDCL's internal co-ordination.
