These recordings are only for 3 days, this is a everyday business in my locality.
MSEB after charging exoritant averaged electricity bills, provides sub standard services. To whom can a compliant be made about this sub-standard service?
After paying heavy ecectricity bills do the consumers have the right to quality service or not?
