Think twice before you buy flats from Mahaveer builders. Lot of irregularities & deviations. Impolite staff and projects never finished on-time. All of there projects have some or other issues.

Any comments on Mahaveer Riviera?. Are there any legal issues? I saw some boards kept near the site with court case numbers.
I dont agree to this complaint.I took a 3BHK flat in Dazzle with a throw away price of 35.5 L including reg.That time was recession and while I checked lot of flats in and around white field all are almost stopped the work and the review from customers for this flats were very bad.Being a civil engineer with 20 yr exp in this industry, I say boldly for the price quoted the aminities are much good and quality is fair enough.The locality is good .Only one small complaint I would like to have, the builder would have handed over with one coat of paint all around .Our flat with that cost is far better than adjacent goplan, ittina or SMR.I ready to argue this to any extend
Guys, Mahaveer Kings Palace started somewhere in 2007 and when I approached them for booking they told me that the completion would be 2009. Todays its 2012 and still its not completed. Thanks God I did not book. Currently I am staying in one of the Mahaveer Apartment on rent, so I know their quality of apartment. The lift breaks down almost every quater. Tiles from the common areas are coming out. Plastering from the car park is coming out. Many cracks on the walls of the balcony. Some litigation with the BBMP and its going on. If you buy something from Mahaveer, I am sure you lose your peace of mind as well as money.
I see there is some issue with riviera coming up on JP Nagar 5th Phase. Builder says civil court has cancelled the landlords case, but looks like not all the cases are cancelled. The cancel order has links to so many other cases which builder is not talking much about. NONE OF THE NATIONALIZED BANKS HAVE APPROVED LOANS..
Please don't buy a flat with Land Owner's in Mahaveer Riviera J.P.Nagar 5th phase Bangalore because they don't have full info about the project and they miss guide you in all aspects because they have to sell their flats through broker only these broker's will keep some margin on the rate and they will cheat you while selling the apartments.

As a buyer who bought a flat in Mahaveer Reddy Structures property, here is my honest eye opener to an innocent new buyer like me:
1) The timeline to deliver the project is always delayed by minimum of 2 years. And the clause to pay the delay payment charge per month never stands in the court too as the reddy structures have covered the sale agreement very well to protect themself.
2) The quality of construction is horrible. On completion, you will find some surprising bad civil work, use the toilet in the common bathroom and the water will flow out from the kitchen floor.
3) If the flat is below another flat, on using toilet in neighbor flat on top u will see water seepage down ur flat.
4) The quality in elevator or lift is horrible and compromised a lot on price. The door will open when u click for the elevator but there is no elevator. The lift is put to use without proper testing and is into repair in 5 days from date of installation.
5) The project will show off with about 3 borewells. However no water will be there. The bores are not dug to appropriate water table levels.
6) There are illegal deviations in the construction from the plan and builder just changes at will on construction on karab land.
7) During construction u will see laborers stamp the walls, spit all around, deficate wherever in your flat. NO ethics at all.
8) As per the norms of the government you need to take occupancy on after obtaining an occupancy certificate ie completetion certifcate from BDA to claim your insurance if something happens to your flat. Not one of the project have an occupancy certificate available from BDA.
9) Compare Mahaveer to a builder like Nitesh, the Katha’s are given without hassles in Nitesh as it is registered with all proper documentation. Try and get a Katha for your Mahaveer home you will know the struggle.
My dear friends, save your lifetime investment and do not do the mistake like me to belive this builder. I am retired and have no option to switch to another flat in this age however I wish to inform the world of my mistake and ensure others dont do this mistake like me.

I have booked one for mahavir rhyolite. First project for which my lawyer passed papers with confidence.
Rating for mahavir is around 7 and this is a value for money project.
