[Resolved] Mahindra Finance — EMI earlier than promised

I have taken car loan amounting Rs 100000( one lakh) from your bank for purchasing mahindra xylo E-4. I am a salaried class central government employee and getting my salary on first of every month. While applying for loan , I have clearly mentioned to your loan officer Ms Monika that I can repay the loan only in the first week of every month. Your loan officer has clearly mentioned the loan repayment date in the offer letter as 5Th of every month. My contract number is 1230165.

But it is really pity , that your loan department is arrogantly and brutally deducting the loan amount on end of month (25 of every month). I have telephonically informed the error to Indore branch manager Mr. Manish dixit and also made a written complain to this error. But your bank has become deaf and dumb. They are not listening my problem and rudely deducting the amount on every 25Th of every month.

Now I am lodging this complain with a hope to get justice

I have two loans running from Faridabad branch a/c no. 1185931 and 1804353 1st loan is completed when i send my person for NOC with authority letter they behaved very rudely even branch manager Mr yogesh mishra he also don't want to listen any thing he said my employee go i will cant do any thing and every time they treat very rudely, so please see my track record and provide my NOC as soon as possible.

Myself, Pradip Himmat Mahale from dhule, Working at mumbai (Vikroli) at cipla Ltd. mumbai, I'm native from Nimdale-tal & dist dhule (Maharashtra).

I have applied for home loan at mahindra finance at dhule branch in january month. That time I said you have given 9.89% interest, processing fee of 1.5% & legal charges & engineer charges cost of 5750 & i had paid the full amount. This information given to me by Mr. Batesh patel & kiran patil (Mahindra finance employee). After all documentation & fee paid up. loan is sanctioned for 250000 for 7 years. on saction letter When i was seen that I am given total EMI amount is of 5028 rupees per month for 7 years. am surprised as i was checked on internet is of 4136 rupees. when i am applied for the loan that time nobody has given the proper information, just said it will be calculated on your interest also you can check on net or it well be as per bank. whenever i was applied complaint in mahindra finance, no-baby has given me proper response. even in customer care also not looked seriously. I was call to customer care on 20 times. & one thing also not said me that you required mortgage & it required 6 to 7 thousand rupees.

Please look into my matter & request to give me proper justice.
