[Resolved] Mahindra & Mahindra/ Scorpio Slx — Fraudlent collection of money in guise of extended warranty

M&M have advertised the availability of an extended warranty called Scorpio Shield for its customers to avail. The small sum of 30,000 is by no means a small one, one that could have been used wisely elsewhere. when I tried to make a claim on utlitising the extended warranty scheme (car # KA 01 MC 1740, Service center, Sireesh Auto, Hosur road, Bangalore), my service center clearly indicated that the M&M records do not indicate the existence of the same and hence would not be able to process a bill against the extended warranty. This has enraged and embarrassed me no end, I have written to M&M on the 3rd of September, with a reply from their customer care department on same day that my complaint will indeed be addressed. Till date there is no response and I am now convinced that M&M are getting away with many such instances as well. Please help rgds Gopal Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
